Landlords, Inc is every landlord's association. Its existence is bolstered by its own growing members who realize the only way to protect and preserve their small business from anti-landlord legislation is to be part of this energetic and active group who speaks out on their behalf. Sometimes we find out on a short notice that a city council sub-committee is preparing to pass an anti-landlord ordinance quickly, we rush out there dropping some of our priorities to voice our point of view whether we have time to invite other members to join us. But thanks to the internet we can keep ourselves updated ahead of time on the City council weekly agenda. That is the easy part. Next is to go out there and stop some actions to become laws. In this day and age we cannot afford not to be involved in politics, politics is too important to be left to politicians.
